  • Our 4 week Technical Specialist program helps employees to communicate their value to a new employer. Clients value the 1:1 support to make their resume reflect their true value and find their next opportunity.

  • Managers have gained transferable skills that are in demand. A job change presents an opportunity to explore market opportunities and apply what they have learned to find their next challenge. This motivating 3 month program packs in as much development as the typical manager can handle while they search for their next role.

  • Executives know that successful people keep moving. They also know that continually upgrading their skills and knowledge is essential to thrive in a competitive market. That’s why our executive outplacement program includes a greater emphasis on coaching. 6 months of coaching allows sufficient time for networking at this higher level as well as provision for onboarding coaching as the executive navigates the new role.

  • This 12 month program is for senior executives and employees with long-tenure. Career strategies for these employees are complex and nuanced. Programs are delivered by our most experienced organisational psychologists.
